The California Department of Insurance will conduct a workshop to discuss contemplated amendments to regulations that specify the materials and information that must be included initially in a complete rate filing application submitted to Insurance Commissioner Ricardo Lara under Proposition 103.
You are invited to participate in the workshop discussions. The purpose of these discussions is to provide interested and affected persons an opportunity to present statements or comments regarding the contemplated regulation changes.
For purposes of promoting discussion, the Department has published an invitation to this workshop and a revised draft text of regulation. You may view these documents on the Department’s public website or request copies via email to CDIRegulations@insurance.ca.gov.
Participants are also invited to submit written statements and are encouraged to provide supporting documents and materials as well. If possible, due to unique circumstances surrounding the pandemic, please submit any written comments via electronic mail to Nikki.McKennedy@insurance.ca.gov by April 6, 2021.
