Colin Crooks on the AHDB Talking Leaders with Beanstalk Global!

We know how important it is to be inspired by both big businesses and individuals, which is why we are excited to present Talking Leaders, a monthly initiative from the AHDB which will see a series of inspirational speakers share their life experiences and deliver impactful stories to the AgriLeader community.

In our April broadcast we were delighted to be joined by Colin Crooks MBE.

Colin is a Business coach for new and existing businesses; helping them to reach their goals and achieve success. Working with other social enterprises to achieve scale and increase their impact.

A self-proclaimed serial social entrepreneur (founder and leader of 6 social businesses over 30 years and advisor to hundreds of start-ups and small businesses) he works across sectors to address significant social and environmental issues. He was awarded an MBE for Services to Disadvantaged People and the Environment in 2019 New Years Honours List.

Colin is also the author of “How to make a million jobs – A Charter for Social Enterprise” - he advises Local Authorities and Corporates on regeneration, procurement and pragmatic interventions to stimulate disadvantaged communities.
