Preparation for the session:
Try making some ghee: https://ayurvedapractice.com/recipe-for-ghee/ and have it to hand for the seminar.
Also have to hand some pomegranate (or grapes if you can’t get pomegranate), green mung beans, honey (cold extracted e.g. Littleover Apiaries available in good supermarkets), and one (or more) of these spices: ginger, cumin, coriander and fennel.
All this preparation is optional, you can enjoy the seminar without any of these items.
