Pet Trainer - Day Class

This is the Pet Training class and is a prerequisite for Top Tier K9s Certified Pet, Certified Foundation Dog®, and all master programs including certified instructor.

This class is live on-line where you will meet face to face with your instructors using your computer, smart phone, or tablet. Once you complete the <8 week on-line..face to face class, you can then attend the on-site certification program at Top Tier K9s main campus in Madison Florida. Certification dates are determined during class to afford the most flexibility for students. Each class and each certification has it's own fees and tuition.

You will train a pet, yours or a friends, during this class.

In this class you will learn, and then demonstrate, the techniques and method of pet training taught and endorsed by Top Tier K9. This is a balanced approach to dog training (rewards and corrections).

By the end of the 3rd week of class you will need a pet to practice with. You will need a pinch collar, a climb bed, and a leash. You will also need training treats that your dog likes and will work for.

Once you pass the practical and written tests, you are then eligible to attend the Pet Trainer Certification.
