2020 has seen an unprecedented acceleration in adoption of tech to fight the Covid-19 virus as well as to help the world adapt to the disruption caused by it. And whilst the pandemic uncovered deeply flawed institutional models for responding to crisis, it has also shone a new light on technology's potential to modernise and improve public services and our interaction with government overall.
In this session, we are bringing together a multidisciplinary panel to discuss trends arising from 2020's acceleration and tech to look forward to in 2021.
