Andre began his career in the testing industry in 1989 and helped to build the Association of Test Publishers. Over the past 23 years, Andre has been responsible for the conceptualization and development of large-scale systems and technologies for the secure administration of scoring of assessments. Over the course of his career Andre has pioneered many of the technologies that are the basis for many of the assessment delivery and scoring options for today, including the delivery and real-time scoring of assessments via Interactive Voice Response technology, as well as internet-based assessment. Overall, Andre’s track record is that of creating, secure, stable and scalable architectures for the timely delivery and accurate scoring of assessments. Andre sits on the boards of directors of several industry-related organizations, including the Association of Test Publishers, where he is the current boar Jennifer Crawford, LPC, NCC (Mental Health Therapist @Brighter Pathways, LLC) Jennifer is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and National Certified Counselor (NCC) providing mental health therapy in Northbrook, Illinois. She has experience as a mental health provider in clinical and educational settings. Jennifer earned her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology degree from North Central College in Naperville, Illinois and her Master of Education in Counseling degree from DePaul University. Jennifer has a passion for working with people of all ages, guiding patients to be their most authentic and confident self. Jennifer’s clinical interests include a variety of presenting issues, such as: depression and other mood disorders, bipolar disorder, anxiety disorders, trauma, crisis intervention and self-harm, stress management, self-esteem challenges, behavioral challenges, and social skills struggles. Jennifer utilizes various evidenced-based approaches to care, such as cognitive-behavioral, person-centered, solution-focused, play, family systems, and DBT therapies. Kathy Lavinder (Founder & Executive Director @Security & Investigative Placement Consultants LLC) Kathy Lavinder has more than 20 years’ experience in executive search. In that time, she has worked with multinational corporations, financial institutions, professional services firms, academic and healthcare institutions, family offices, and non-profits in the U.S. and around the globe to identify specialized talent in the investigations, business intelligence, and security arenas. Lavinder founded her search firm, Security & Investigative Placement Consultants LLC, in 2000 after working in investigative roles and broadcast journalism. In a career that has bridged these worlds, Lavinder brings a unique perspective on risk management and career issues. As an investigator Lavinder was associated with a prominent investigations boutique in Washington, DC. She served as the head of the firm’s headquarters office where she recruited and managed a team of investigative, research and security specialists. Lavinder’s specialty within IGI was source inquiries. Joseph J. Lestrange, PhD (Senior Consultant and Executive Recruiter @Public Sector Search & Consulting) Dr. Lestrange has over three decades experience as a commissioned federal law enforcement officer, serving in multiple international, national, regional, and local leadership roles. In his last year of government service, Dr. Lestrange was appointed as Senior Agency Official to the U.S. Council on Transnational Organized Crime - Strategic Division, created by President Biden via Executive Order to develop “whole of government” solutions to complex public safety and national security challenges. He recently retired as the Division Chief of Homeland Security Investigations (HSI) Headquarters, Public Safety & National Security Division, where he provided global executive oversight of stakeholder engagement, resource planning, strategic development, case coordination, and budget formulation for criminal investigation, law enforcement and intelligence units, agency programs, and inter-agency operational initiatives. In 2015, Dr. Lestrange earned his PhD in Global Leadership &Management.
