In the comfort of your own home or on the road traveling Activ8 Now will be there to help achieve your athletic goals and keep you committed and accountable.
The core consists of our glutes, abdomen, obliques, muscles in the low and mid-back as well as muscles of the shoulder girdle. The class will train the core dynamically with a specific emphasis on strength, posture, and balance. Very rarely during the day do we find ourselves laying on our back doing an everyday activity. Since our core is the foundation for our movement it makes sense to train it accordingly. This class will be 60 minutes providing a variety of movements that will strengthen and isolate the core. Our core is usually the first set of muscles to go increasing our risk of back pain and instability throughout the body.
