Canvas Teacher Training Part 2 (Canvas LMS)

Welcome to Accelerate Education!

This is the second of two initial training sessions designed for those who are both new to Accelerate Education curriculum and who are accessing courses hosted on their school’s Canvas platform. We strongly suggest completing one of the two prerequisites below prior to attending this session.

Prerequisites:
• Attendance at New Teacher Training Part 1 webinar or
• Viewing of recorded webinar Accelerate Education Curriculum & Best Practices: https://view.vzaar.com/22634888/video

This session covers:
• Canvas Platform Navigation
• Student Experience
• Teacher Experience Including:
o Getting Started & Teacher’s Guide
o Grading within Canvas
o Pacing Students
o Basic Editing
