Jason Stratman
Librarian @Missouri Historical Society Library & Research Center
Jason Stratman is the assistant librarian for the Missouri Historical Society’s Library & Research Center in St. Louis, Missouri. Born in Jefferson City, the youngest of nine children, he was raised in Vienna, Missouri, and graduated from Northeast Missouri State University with a degree in communications with an emphasis in journalism. He started working in libraries to pay his way through college and began his job at the Library & Research Center in 1996. His job allows him to help people around the world research the history of St. Louis and Missouri. When not working, he collaborates with his wife, Tamaki, on their social media platforms, volunteers at his church, and plans their next road trip out west.
