Ernest Litynski
President @RBP Chemical Technology
Ernie Litynski is President of RBP Chemical Technology with over 10 years at RBP. He is a graduate of the United States Military Academy and has served consecutively on Active Duty and the Army Reserve – to include multiple combat tours - for the past 26 years, to include his current role as Commanding General of an Army Reserve Division. In addition to a B.S., Environmental Engineering, Ernie holds an MBA; M.S., Engineering Management; and an M.S., Strategic Studies. He is also a fully certified Lean Six Black Belt from previous employment at General Electric.
Michael Carano
Vice-President of Technology and Business Development @RBP Chemical Technology
Michael Carano is the Vice-President of Technology and Business Development for RBP Chemical Technology where he directs the global business development and consults on advanced R&D for the company’s electronics, mining and medical chemicals businesses. Carano has published over 190 technical articles and is the holder of nine U.S. and 22 foreign patents. Carano has a B.S. in chemistry and an MBA in marketing & Business Strategy. He is considered a subject matter expert in surface finishing, corrosion protection, and in the area of high reliability, mission-critical technologies.
Witold Paw
R&D Manager @RBP Chemical Technology
Witold Paw is R&D Manager responsible for all product lines at RBP. He has 20 years of experience in product and process development of application-specific chemicals used in several industries. He holds a Ph.D. degree in chemistry from SUNY-Buffalo.
