Lean Coffee with ICON's SAFe Fellows: Advanced Topics in Enterprise SAFe
Come learn from the expertise and experience of our ICON SAFe experts, Kathy Marshak and Charlene M. Cuenca!

When you are accelerating your transformation, you may be ready to discuss topics such as:

- Lean Portfolio Management
- Establishing a Coach-the-Coach or Train-the-Trainer program
- Embracing Agility in Business Teams

These are just examples—feel free to bring your own topics and questions! You will help guide the content of the Lean Coffee.

How does a Lean Coffee Work?
1. Submit topics you’d like to discuss (we will send you an email reminder so you can submit questions beforehand)
2. At the start of the meeting, everyone votes on their top 3 topics of most interest
3. The most popular topic is discussed for 5 minutes. Then we vote to decide if we should continue the topic for 2 more minutes or move to the next topic.
4. Repeat for the next topic and continue until the end.

This session will be recorded and distributed to all registrants.
