Charleston National Dialogue Session

Our aim for this national dialogue is to provide an opportunity for community advocates, public health officials, and elected or appointed city, county, state, and national leaders to engage in dialogue about the health equity challenges they are confronting in within the city and how they are respectively implementing solutions. The dialogue will conclude with a synthesis report outlining key findings from sessions hosted in 12 Fast-Track Cities within the United States.
