Self Published: Simple Bookmaking Techniques Using Supplies from Around Your Home

In this class we’ll learn to make a variety of small handmade books using simple bookbinding techniques.

Supplies:
A variety of paper and/or card stock (printer, construction paper, craft paper etc)
Favorite drawing materials
Stapler
Scissors
Hole punch 1/4” or smaller (or awl)
Stick of your choice (popsicle stick, twig, coffee stirrer, chopstick, pencil etc)
Rubber band
Glue stick
Paper clips
Some kind of thick string (yarn, twine, thin ribbon etc.)
Ruler (optional but handy)
