01.25.23 BCTDA Monthly Meeting

The January 25 meeting of the Buncombe County Tourism Development Authority will be held in person in the Explore Asheville Board Room and will be livestreamed via Zoom Webinar. All board meetings are open to the public and the agenda will be posted on AshevilleCVB.com 48 hours in advance.

Public Comment - the BCTDA invites comments from the general public via the following ways:

IN-PERSON: Members of the public attending a BCTDA meeting in-person who wish to make public comments must sign in upon arrival and indicate their interest. At the appointed time on the agenda, the board chair will invite those who have signed up to stand and share their comments.

CALL-IN: Members of the public who have signed up in advance and are registered to attend virtually can call-in their comments (audio only) using the virtual Zoom webinar platform. Those who wish to call-in with comments must sign up via email no later than 12 noon on Tuesday, January 24, in accordance with the Processes & Protocols. All public commenters will have up to 3 minutes to speak and agree to follow the Rules of Decorum.

Relevant documents will be posted prior to the start of the meeting and emailed to everyone who has registered via Zoom by 8 a.m. on January 25. Following the meeting, relevant documents and the PowerPoint presentation will be posted on AshevilleCVB.com.
