Valocity connects the property ecosystem to transform the mortgage and valuation process and democratize home ownership. Valocity’s cloud based platform digitally connects and streamlines the entire ecosystem in New Zealand and works with innovative lenders in Australia, Asia and India.
Rebecca Percasky
Rebecca Percasky - has a lifelong passion for positive environmental change coupled with a desire to do better business. Rebecca became cognisant of the repercussions for the amount of packaging waste being generated. She realised she could and was highly inspired to do packaging better. This was the catalyst behind Better Packaging Co. Her vision is a world where rubbish bins as we know them don’t exist, where everything including waste has a value. She not only wants to create a waste free world but is striving to create a better way of working that is underpinned by the company's core values.
Cecilia Robinson
A serial entrepreneur and innovator, as founder and creator of one of New Zealand’s most successful ever start-ups My Food Bag. Cecilia is now the founder and Co-CEO of Tend Health, healthcare designed for modern life. Tend Health is a team of health professionals, technologists and entrepreneurs with a vision to transform healthcare for current and future generations. Cecilia has been acknowledged for her visionary leadership receiving a number of awards – she was the Supreme Winner 2017 Women of Influence Awards, NEXT Magazine Businesswoman of the Year 2014, EY Young Entrepreneur of the Year 2013, HER Businesswoman of the Year 2012, to name a few.
Rhonda Kite
Rhonda Kite - is the founder of Kiwa Digital. Rhonda paved the way for the company’s work with indigenous groups around the world using technology to preserve indigenous knowledge in formats that are relevant and accessible. As a multi-award-winning television Producer, her roots and passion are ingrained in the cultural localisation of media content for a global audience.  Rhonda was recently honoured with the New Zealand Order of Merit (ONZM) for Services to New Zealand in Technology for Film and Television.
Theresa Gattung
Global Women Chair / Facilitator
Theresa Gattung is a New Zealand business leader, author, philanthropist and investor. Her best-selling autobiography Bird on a Wire was published in 2010. Perhaps best known for her role as CEO of Telecom New Zealand, she was the first female CEO of an NZX listed company. Since leaving Telecom, she has divided her time between professional governance, entrepreneurial pursuits, and philanthropic work. Theresa is the New Zealand lead of SheEO, an international community that supports, finances, and celebrates female entrepreneurs. In 2021 she funded the Theresa Gattung Chair of Women in Entrepreneurship within the University of Auckland Business School.
