I’m always looking for examples to go through in webinars like this, so if you have a property that you think I might like to go over, email firstname.lastname@example.org a picture, the region, and basic numbers including purchase price, cost to renovate (or subdivide and build), likely value at end, and rent at start and end. I will select examples that interest me, or use some examples that I already have available.
