FAIRsFAIR: Clearing some of the highest FAIR hurdles: PIDs, Metadata, and Semantic Interoperability for Researchers
The FAIRsFAIR Task 2.1 aims at enabling sustainable technical implementation of the FAIR principles on a broad level and improving understanding of the current variety in FAIR concepts. The first iteration of three reports on the state of FAIR in the European scientific data ecosystem was published in late 2019. The goal of the webinar is to share and discuss the content presented in the second report "D2.4 2nd Report on FAIR requirements for persistence and interoperability", which contains an explanatory guide on how to choose the right techniques for FAIR data. We aim to shed some light on some of the essential practicalities on PIDs, semantic interoperability and metadata that are relevant for researchers.
This webinar is specifically intended for researchers.
