1. Global Jewish Cuisine August 20, 2020
Have you gotten tired of making the same meals each Yom Tov? In this Rosh Hashanah-centered program we will explore some interesting recipes to celebrate the holiday.

2. Global Jewish Cuisine September 10, 2020
As we anticipate the end of our fast, there are a number of traditional dairy dishes that will fill our tables. In keeping with this theme, we will add a few Sephardi and Mizrahi selections.

3. Global Jewish Cuisine October 1, 2020
We celebrate the abundance of food on the harvest festival of Sukkot. We will embrace the bounty through the enjoyment of stuffed foods.

A special note from Dr. Judy Chesen:
There are many different foods that are traditionally eaten on Rosh Hashanah. They are called simanim. Simanim act as signposts comprised of wishes for the new year. I have tried to incorporate these foods in the recipes I have chosen for our get-together. We will talk more about these when we meet...

I hope you enjoy making and eating these recipes. You may choose to make one or two recipes during the program. My recommendation would be to get some of the prep work done first in order to complete them. If you choose not to make them during our meeting, I hope you will join us anyway…
