In the recovery from the COVID-19 pandemic, many organizations are likely to move toward a hybrid workplace experience—one that blends the best of physical and digital environments. This presents new challenges and new opportunities from the standpoint of workplace strategy, particularly around data.
The quantified-self movement, which has to-date mostly focused on personal wellness, offers new data sources and tools to supplement the already burgeoning field of workplace people analytics.
