Dan is Global Sustainability Leader, Automotive Adhesives at DuPont. He is responsible for monitoring and anticipating critical industry trends and developing strategies and key programs to advance and position DuPont’s automotive adhesives portfolio. Dan will also proactively develop, position, and implement end of life solutions. Over the years, Dan has held various positions of increasing importance including global R&D leader for adhesives, composites, foams, and sealers; global product & marketing manager; and intellectual capital manager responsible for patent strategies and execution for various businesses and core research. Before being named to his current role in 2022, he was senior R&D leader for structural and elastic adhesive solutions. Dan has a B.S. in Chemistry from Wayne State University, Michigan (USA) and a Ph.D. in Polymer Chemistry and Engineering from The University of Detroit (USA) working

Tina is Marketing Manager, Automotive Adhesives at DuPont with responsibility for the Asia-Pacific region. She develops and leads execution of the regional marketing strategy, focusing on solutions for advanced mobility, driving innovation and growth pipelines while also strengthening cross-functional collaboration. Tina joined DuPont seven years ago as Strategy Planning Manager for Greater China. She led several projects aimed at developing and implementing a five-year plan for strategic growth in the region. Prior to that, she held various positions of increasing responsibilities in sales, marketing, and finance. Tina has a master’s degree in Economics from the Central University of Finance & Economics and a bachelor’s degree in Material Science and Engineering from The China University of Petroleum, both in Beijing, China. Tina is based in Shanghai.
