Advisory Board Support in M&A Activity
"Being well-prepared to be well-positioned"

2021 is shaping up to be a bumper year for corporate - particularly mid-market – Merger & Acquisition activity.

All signs are pointing to increased activity, with expectations high on both sides of a transaction. These expectations however need to be managed, which suggests a clear market need for quality strategic advice for both vendors and buyers, providing collaborative guidance and supporting stakeholder engagement throughout the process.

The session is designed as a practical discussion on the supporting role that a well-structured Advisory Board can play in preparing a business for such a transaction.

Louise Broekman, Founder and CEO of the Advisory Board Centre, will be joined in conversation by experienced Advisory Board Chairs to provide their real-world insights.

Our panel discussion includes Liz Smith, Certified Chair and Director with William Buck, and Sean Steele, Certified Chair, Advisor and Growth Mentor.

This session is ideal for business owners, Executive and Directors that are exploring how Advisory Boards can benefit their organisation. This is a complimentary public session.

Mar 26, 2021 11:30 AM in Brisbane
