Part of your responsibility, as an exhibition organizer, is to work with your exhibitors – for example: understanding their needs/wants, addressing their concerns, and accommodating reasonable requests to make their experience better… Those are just the tip of the iceberg; fortunately, all of these goals (and more!) can be achieved through your Exhibitor Advisory Committee (EAC), but only if it’s set up and facilitated properly.
In this session, we will identify the key questions you should ask yourself when establishing your EAC in order to prevent common problems from arising later. Then, we will review several important action steps that can help you facilitate EAC meetings more productively (replacing dreaded “complaining sessions” with constructive feedback and actionable ideas instead!). Finally, we will answer your questions about effective EACs so that yours can be more helpful to you (and your other VIP stakeholders) sooner.
** This session has been pre-approved for .5 CMP CE credits.
