Medicaid Master Class: CHOICES Workshop - SOLD OUT

For many older adults and people with disabilities, accessing and navigating TennCare’s CHOICES program isn’t easy. Understanding all the processes and nuances of one of the most restrictive programs in the nation can feel daunting and overwhelming. To help healthcare providers, lawyers and advocates unlock these resources for their patients and clients, Tennessee Justice Center is hosting a two-hour virtual workshop focused on cutting through the red tape of the CHOICES program.

During this hands-on simulation, participants with the guidance of our legal team will actively work through a case study featuring a family in need of long-term care support and resources. This course has been approved by the Tennessee Department of Commerce and Insurance for 2 continuing education hours for Navigators and Certified Application Counselors.

This course has been approved by the Tennessee Commission on Continuing Legal Education for 2 CLE credits for attorneys.
