On Tuesday, October 12, 2021, the Hispanic Impact Fund at Austin Community Foundation will release our updated indicators report on Latino families in Central Texas.
Building a Thriving Central Texas: Advancing Latino Futures will examine the landscape of economic security for Latino families across Central Texas through four areas critical to Latino opportunity and bridging the racial wealth divide: Early Childhood Education, Health & Wellness, Job Skills & Entrepreneurship, and Leadership Development.
To conclude our month-long Somos Austin 2021 digital campaign during Hispanic Heritage Month (September 15 - October 15), the Hispanic Impact Fund is planning a virtual panel to discuss the 2021 indicators report with our community of investors and stakeholders.
The panel will be moderated by Dr. Victoria DeFrancesco Soto, Assistant Dean for Civic Engagement at The LBJ School of Public Affairs.
Panelist announcements are forthcoming.
