Audette is the Chief Executive Officer of Adara’s two corporate advice businesses, Adara Advisors and Adara Partners. The Adara businesses were established to help fund Adara’s health and education work with women and children in extreme poverty in some of the world’s remotest places. To date, the Adara Group has had a profound impact on hundreds of thousands of people in poverty. Audette is a lawyer by profession specialising in international finance. She was formerly Managing Director of one of Bermuda’s three banks, and Chair of the Bermuda Stock Exchange. She is one of the youngest women in the world to have run a publicly-traded bank.

Ilana is a non-executive director of ANZ Banking Group Limited, Origin Energy and the Scentre Group. She is Chairman of Jawun and on the Board of the Paul Ramsay Foundation and Paul Ramsay Holdings Pty Ltd. Her last executive role was Group Executive, People, at Westpac, where she was responsible for human resources, corporate affairs and sustainability. Prior to that role, she was Group Secretary and General Counsel. Before her 10-year career at Westpac, Ilana was a partner in law firm Mallesons Stephen Jaques (now known as King & Wood Mallesons). In addition to her practice in corporate law, she held a number of management roles in the firm including Executive Partner, People and Information, and Managing Partner.

Anna Bligh is a respected Australian leader and former Premier of Queensland. Since 2017, she has led the Australian Banking Association through a period of critical reform, delivering on the recommendations of the Royal Commission. While working to strengthen bank culture and rebuild trust, Anna has also driven the industry’s response to COVID-19. She was instrumental in delivering a united approach by Australia’s banks, ensuring millions of customers were supported through the pandemic. In 2011, Anna managed the state’s response to a devastating series of natural disasters including cyclones and floods.

Guy is an award-winning entrepreneur, leader and speaker. He is an Edmund Hillary Fellow, was awarded Young New Zealander of the Year in 2015, and has represented New Zealand at various international summits and leadership development opportunities. In 2011, Guy founded Inspiring Stories – a Kiwi charity with a bold vision to back young people to change the world. From an initial one-off grant of $80,000 from the Vodafone Foundation, Inspiring Stories now turns over more than $1M in annual revenues and operates with a team of staff in 10 communities nationwide.
