The Awareness exercise has been a fundamental practice in a number of traditions for hundreds of years. Whether you're a regular to "Awareness Live" or this is your first time we hope it will give your day greater love and balance. The Awareness exercise is complimentary to any existing mindfulness or meditative exercises. We'll also talk about one practical thing you can try throughout the day to see if makes your day brighter - and then discuss it with others at 'the philosophy cafe' session later.
