OBI is partnering with Workplace Change to provide a free, interactive, and high-quality training series on how to improve diversity in our workplaces. Over the course of the training series, we will examine the best and worst ways to recruit, support, and empower a diverse workforce. Training participants will leave aware of what effective leadership looks like, and feeling empowered to promote a healthy work environment, prepared to move to the next phase of optimal employee engagement, which are all critical for recruiting and retaining a diverse workforce and a just workplace.
Session two examines the best practices for finding historically underrepresented talent. During this session will discuss the best ways to invest scarce resources to find new talent, explore employer brands from the perspective of the underrepresented candidate, and much more.
