With three weeks to go and as the race is tightening, the Centre for Policy Studies is delighted to host a public webinar held in partnership with the C|T Group on the US presidential election campaign, with a special focus on key swing states, and voters’ behaviours towards choosing a candidate - and what this means for the next presidential term.
In the 2016 US Presidential election, 25% of US voters said they had not decided who to vote for until the last month of the campaign. This year, C|T are polling in seven key swing states in the US to understand voting trends and why these states matter so much in the election outcome.
During the event, Sam Lyon, Managing Director of C|T Partners in London, will share the findings from this polling. The event will also hear expert perspectives by leaders in the fields of political betting and media with Matthew Shaddick, Head of Political Betting at Ladbrokes, and Larry Grossman, Managing Director at C|T Group in Washington. The discussion will compare and debate the differences between these perspectives and try to make sense of what to expect, and what it could all mean for the US and for transatlantic relations. This event will be chaired by Emily Duncan, CPS Chief Operating Officer.
The event will take place virtually on Tuesday 20th October at 17.00. Register now to secure your place!
