Gopa Kumar is an Electrical engineer, Managing Director of Cape Electric. He is having more than 27 years’ experience in electrical safety, lightning protection, EMI/EMC etc. Carried out 100’s of site studies on failure analysis of electronic equipment and 100’s of electrical accident analysis including various fire accidents from electricity, conducted more than 1000 trainings in various countries on subject of his expertise. Mr. Gopa Kumar is a member in NBC-2016 electrical committee and ETD 20, responsible for IS/IEC 62305. He is also the member in Working groups ahG 19, MT 3, MT14, MT21, WG18 in TC81, the Technical Committee in IEC responsible for international standards and guides for lightning protection for structures, persons, installations, and contents as well as lightning hazard preventive measures. He is also a member in the working groups of BIS technical committees. BIS - ETD 20 (National Electrical Code, IS732, IS3043, IS/IEC 62305) ETD 30,ETD 50, NBC AMAYA SHAJI (MANAGER – HOSPITAL ELECTRICAL SAFETY @CAPE ELECTRIC) Currently working as the Manager for Hospital Electrical Safety, Kerala Region with CAPE Electric Pvt Ltd. Aiming to make the hospitals a complete Electrical Safe Zone for all the patients, staff and others and prevent various electrical Hazards in hospitals. Biomedical Engineer with 6+ years of experience in the healthcare industry, familiar with the working environment of hospitals across Kerala. Worked along with doctors in most critical as well as sensitive parts of hospitals assisting them and providing support during various medical activities.
