How is the role of in-house counsel evolving in a crisis?
As the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic continues to unfold, in-house counsel across Canada face many challenges. Managing and mitigating emerging risks ( both internally and externally) has formed the basis of their focus. On the internal side, these include challenges surrounding labour and employment, privacy and data and restructuring. Externally, areas of focus include: cybersecurity, crisis management and supporting new market strategies in a constrained operating environment. This 60-minute webinar will explore the ways in-house lawyers - from a cross section of sectors - are supporting their companies in an era of disruption.
