The primary purpose of this series is to bring back justice to our bodies through introducing (and reminding ourselves about) specific technique/practices to enhance self-care by illuminating well-being, and identifying what and where healing is needed while living in a pandemic. The insidious effects of constantly elevated stress hormones and acute, chronic and psychological stress, especially during this time, can contribute to memory and attention problems, irritability, weight gain and sleep disorders.
