Kentucky Inspired: Bringing Justice Back to Our Bodies
Breath, Beat (heart), Brain, Body. Join us on this FREE 30-minute webinar.
All are welcome. We will explore the use of personal reflection on the breath, the brain, the beat (heart) and the body as tools to heal self, reconciling emotions and building self-care capital.

Take this time for yourself. Join us! Every week Dr. Dye will bring us new energy and new ideas on Fridays through Dec. 25.

The primary purpose of this series is to bring back justice to our bodies through introducing (and reminding ourselves about) specific technique/practices to enhance self-care by illuminating well-being, and identifying what and where healing is needed while living in a pandemic. The insidious effects of constantly elevated stress hormones and acute, chronic and psychological stress, especially during this time, can contribute to memory and attention problems, irritability, weight gain and sleep disorders.

Learning Objectives:
* Gain knowledge of three types of stress.
* Create strategies and explore techniques effective in abating the residuals of stress.
* Practice and review somatic breathing activities that belong in our self- care suitcase.
* Understand the benefits of being heart smart, body relationship aware and the intelligence present in all e-motion.
