Please join us for a program about the nexus of affordable housing with innovative health and academic partnerships that support residents in senior housing. This is the second free “Programs and Innovations Series” webinar sponsored by Parker Health Group, Inc., and hosted by NJ Advocates for Aging Well (NJAAW).
Learn about the inspiration behind the innovative collaboration between the New Jersey Housing and Mortgage Finance Agency's (NJHMFA) Services for Independent Living (SIL) program; Fair Share Support Services, Inc. (FSSS), located at Northgate II in Camden, and the New Jersey Institute for Successful Aging (NJISA) at Rowan University School of Osteopathic Medicine (RowanSOM). This collaboration led to integrating housing and health to facilitate aging in place and can be replicated.
