Dennis Gilbert

Dennis E. Gilbert is a proven leadership, generations, and customer service expert who has helped hundreds of organizations and thousands of individuals and teams transition forward to achieve higher levels of organizational success. He draws upon an extensive background that is the culmination of more than 30 years of business and educational expertise to present complex and challenging material with a breakthrough style that is deeply rooted in his real world experiences as a business consultant, culture development expert, author, and workforce trainer. Dennis is an alumnus of the Pennsylvania State University and Pennsylvania College of Technology. He holds a Master of Science degree in Workforce Education and Development from Penn State. Dennis has dual degrees from Penn College with a Bachelor of Science degree in Technology Management and an Associate degree in Computer Science.
Janet McNally

Janet McNally, D.Ed. SPHR is the owner and principal educational consultant for Team Development Services. She is an experienced management professional with over 25 years in human resources and organizational development. Dr. McNally has been teaching Management and Leadership courses for the Business department at Penn State York for the past 14 years. Janet is a consultant with the Pennsylvania Association of Nonprofit Organization’s (PANO) Consultant Collaborative, a team that works with nonprofits across Pennsylvania and beyond.

Suzanna Windon, Ph.D, is Assistant Professor, Youth and Adult Leadership, for the Penn State College of Agricultural Sciences Department of Agricultural Economics, Sociology, and Education. Her areas of expertise include adult, youth, and community leadership development, volunteerism, and needs assessment research and evaluation.
