For our next Coffee Break event, we will be joined by guest Amanda Senn, Chief Deputy Director with the Alabama Securities Commission (ASC) in Montgomery. Amanda is responsible for advising the Commission on securities-related matters, for investigating and prosecuting fraudulent actions surrounding the sales of securities throughout the state of Alabama, and coordinating and litigating numerous multi-jurisdictional administrative, civil, and criminal matters. She is a staunch advocate for investor protections and market integrity for Alabama.
