Gather your family and join David's Legacy Foundation as we host a free virtual community screening of the IndieFlix documentary Angst. Immediately followed by a live panel of experts we will host conversations around anxiety and mental health in today's world. DLF is all too aware of the impact of bullying on mental health and the indisputable need for these conversations with our youth. We are providing at-home activities for families to continue the conversation & practice techniques for managing anxiety once the screen is turned off. The at-home activities are downloadable and require little materials (pens, paper, markers, etc.) but if you'd like our office to mail you a package complete with materials and content, we’re happy to do it! Order yours today at https://www.davidslegacy.org/programs/ !
Angst is an film-based education program designed to raise awareness around anxiety, with an emphasis on youth and families. The film includes interviews with kids, teens, experts, and parents. Our goal is to help people identify and understand the symptoms of anxiety and encourage them to reach out for help.
