Public Hearing on Proposed Air Permit for Michigan Potash in Osceola County
EGLE’s Air Quality Division is holding an online public hearing on October 7, 2021 beginning at 6 p.m. Michigan Potash is proposing to is proposing to build and operate a new facility to produce salt and potash at Schofield Road and 120th Avenue in Evart Township in Osceola County, Michigan.

Information and details on what Ajax is requesting including what equipment may be installed, what levels of air emissions are being requested and how EGLE would ensure any air permit, if issued, would follow all rules and regulations is available at Michigan.gov/EGLEAirPublicNotice or by contacting Laura Gramza at GramzaL@Michigan.gov or 517-643-3847.

After registering, you will receive an email from "EGLE Outreach" with a link for you to use to join the meeting. Pre-registration is not required to attend the meeting. Individuals interested in participating can click on the registration link (https://bit.ly/3mZ3g0X) at the start of the event (6:00 p.m.).
