Rachael's 30 minute indoor workout
Rachael Williams is one of the best personal trainers in Bristol and she would love you to join her for a mixed ability 30 minute Zoom workout every Thursday at 9am.

Mixed ability means this workout is suitable for all abiities and will help you build strength, boost your fitness and improve your flexibility and balance. It will also improve your heart and lung health to give you more energy in every day life.

You'll be able to see Rachael but she won't be able to see you (so it doesn't matter what you're wearing!), but make sure you have some room around you to move. You may also want to have or a couple of tin cans to hand to use as weights. There's also a chat box if you want to talk to Rachael afterwards or if you have any questions.

So join in and do something today that your future self will thank you for. Invest in your health and fitness.
