Taught by practicing attorney Karen O’Neil, this will cover the Ralph M Brown Act as it applies to special districts, including the recent changes. Additionally, Karen will cover proper board etiquette and operations to help maintain a civil and functioning board. Hosted free of cost to GSRMA Members.

Karen has also been awarded the California Association of Public Cemeteries President's Award for dedication and service in the training and education of trustees and district managers.
