Regulation F is scheduled to be implemented on November 30, 2021, and part of that implementation is gathering and using your customer’s contact preferences. While the CFPB doesn’t explicitly require communication in the customer’s preferred way, it’s likely we’re moving in that direction. Besides, contacting customers in a way they prefer should be good for your business, too.
