CIDCI Online Salon: How might we design a project as a catalyst for transformation?
Efforts to improve processes and facility design are often siloed leading to disconnected results between operations and space. Using an integrated approach that frames a project as an interdependent system, new facilities can become a catalyst for transformation. Join two leaders in design research and process improvement as they describe how they have joined forces to transform operations, behaviors, and spaces with their capital improvement project work.   The presenters will also offer a provocation to the field: How might we drive a  a culture of continuous improvement for adaptive facility design?
