In this interview we catch up with Dr. Jenny Goodman author of ' Staying Alive in Toxic Times: A Seasonal Guide to Lifelong Health'
When asked why she wrote this book, Dr. Goodman's answer was very simple: Twenty years of practising Nutritional and Environmental Medicine demonstrated to her what medical school never taught her: that people can get better and remain better without recourse to dangerous drugs, and that this is true both for recognised, named diseases and for those that aren’t yet in the textbooks. That an illness is never imaginary, just not yet properly understood. And that all illnesses have causes, and the task of the doctor should be to seek and find those causes, and treat accordingly.
