After graduating BYU, Dr Collin Gray attended University of Houston College of Optometry and graduated in 2020. He emphases in Ocular Surface Disease, Aesthetics and Specialty Contact Lens Fittings. He won the Utah Optometric Association's "Young Optometrist of the Year" in 2021, and his practice was awarded CooperVision's "Best Practices" in 2022. He currently serves on the Membership and Legislative Committees for the Utah Optometric Association.
Ann Hoscheit, OD
OD | Optometric consultant
Dr. Hoscheit is native of Caledonia, MN. She received her Doctor of Optometry degree from the University of Houston College of Optometry. She completed a residency in ocular disease/hospital- based optometry at the Albuquerque V.A. Medical Center. Her professional experience also included serving as assistant clinical professor and clinic director at Nova Southeastern University of the Health Sciences. Dr. Hoscheit launched her third start-up in 2016, EyeBridge Consulting Associates, which provides consulting services to the eye care industry with a focus on strategic growth initiatives and practice transitions. Dr. Hoscheit has received numerous other honors and awards including the prestigious Athena International Leadership Award, the Diversified Business Professionals Advocacy Award and the Jaycee’s Distinguished Service Award. She has been recognized in Vision Monday’s “Optometric Business Innovators” and in “40 Women with Vision”.
Nicole Chism
Med spa owner
Nichole Chism is a successful entrepreneur with a background in business strategy and marketing. She started AKIN Aesthetics & Wellness three years ago and has won Salt City Best Med Spa for the last two years. This last year she launched aesthetics in an eye care clinic using IPL as the gateway treatment to aesthetics. She is passionate about creating a 5 star patient experience, building aesthetic departments, and seeing others succeed.
