Jeff Henry
CEO and Co-Founder @CEI Materials
Jeff Henry is the CEO and co-founder of CEI Materials, a nationally known fabricator of architectural cladding systems with plant locations in Manchester MI and Salt Lake UT. Having spent the last 22 years in the construction industry, Jeff has amassed a wealth of knowledge and experience focusing on the fabrication and installation of commercial and residential buildings. Jeff is a great believer in the future of technological innovation of materials and processes and its overall effect on architectural design. Currently, Jeff is a member of the MCM Alliance and the Metal Construction Association.
Tom Seitz
Executive Director @MCM Alliance at the Metal Construction Association (MCA)
He is responsible for proactively bringing together industry-leading, MCM manufacturers, fabricators, and suppliers to collaborate and promote their technical expertise to architectural, engineering, and building owner markets. He partners with and supports MCM members as they accomplish their goals, make an impact, and drive the industry forward, faster. His goal is to lead the acceleration of MCM panel system market demand with clear and concise education. Seitz’s ability to lead and grow the MCM is fueled by his 45 years of experience in the architectural facade industry. He has expertise in sales and marketing with steel, aluminum, glass, and curtain wall materials in a variety of North American markets as well as management experience with companies including: E.G. Smith, Flour City Architectural Metals, H. H. Robertson Company and 3A Composites.
Andy Williams, P.E.
Principal @Panel Cladding Solutions LLC
Andy has more than 40 years of experience in construction, codes, standards, project management and product development. Initially involved with building design/construction he moved into curtainwall design and testing in the cladding industry. He has served and led codes and standards committees throughout the US and spends a great deal of his time creating industry education modules. Now consulting on a full time basis, Andy uses his expertise to offer companies product and testing support through, Panel Cladding Solutions LLC, and supports many different cladding initiatives including support of the Metal Construction Association. Andy holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Marquette University. He has received a number of recognitions for work throughout the industry and continues to support companies in the areas of codes and education.
Nick Scheib
Vice President of Sales @3A Composites USA
Nick Scheib brings a wealth of knowledge within commercial construction along with a focus on wall applications. He is extremely passionate about our industry, and takes pride in providing the best product experience for his customers and stakeholders. As the Vice President of Sales for 3A Composites USA, Nick has overall responsibility for their ALUCOBOND® brand business within the Americas. Prior to joining 3A Composites, Nick was employed by The Dow Chemical Company where he was responsible for various roles in marketing and sales account management for the company’s Dow Building Solutions business. Nick holds a master of architectural engineering degree from The Pennsylvania State University.
Daniel Martin, P.E., C.F.E.I, C.V.F.I
Fire Protection Engineer @Jensen Hughes
Daniel received his Bachelor of Science from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign in Mechanical Engineering and an International Master of Science in Fire Safety Engineering from three of the top fire engineering schools in Europe. He spent two years as a volunteer firefighter in Illinois, four years conducting firefighter specific research at one of the nation’s premier state fire academies, and conducted his master’s thesis on the radiation attenuation capabilities of a water mist curtain. His international experiences allow him to think outside the box and bring a global perspective to solving a problem.
