Kate Demers is an Assistant Professor at McMaster University and practicing midwife at Community Midwives of Hamilton. She is also the lead midwife at Crown Point Midwifery an Expanded Midwifery Care Model (EMCM) Clinic in Hamilton, Ontario. Crown Point Midwifery focuses on the provision of accessible sexual and reproductive health care, proving hundreds of IUD visits to clients every year.
Mona Abdel-Fattah
Praticing Midwife
Mona is a practicing midwife at Community Midwives of Hamilton and Crown Point Midwifery. She holds a Masters degree in Global Health, and has a special interest in increasing access to midwifery care for diverse populations. At Crown Point Midwives, Mona has focused on the development of medical directives, care pathways and the provision of contraceptive care including IUD prescription and insertion.
