Overview of Virginia Department of Labor and Industry COVID-19 Regulations for Employers

The Virginia Department of Labor and Industry has just announced their new Emergency Regulations pertaining to the SARS-CoV-2 Virus that causes COVID-19. These regulations establish requirements for employers to control, prevent and mitigate the spread of COVID-19 and shall apply to every employer, employee, and place of employment in the Commonwealth of Virginia within the jurisdiction of the Virginia Occupational Safety and Health (VOSH) program.
