Mark Mullinix

Mark Mullinix is currently head of Strategy and Partnerships at Ascenda, a global loyalty provider specialising in travel and financial services loyalty. Ascenda helps banks build great rewards programs and Mark is responsible for expanding partnerships, managing relationships with airlines and hotels, and developing new loyalty products. Mark founded Loyalty Advantage, a boutique consultancy focused on loyalty and rewards programs, which was acquired by Ascenda in 2019. Mark has been involved with loyalty and frequent flyer programs since his first forays into mileage running in 1998, and has been working directly in the credit card and loyalty industries since 2006. He is based in Singapore, though until recently was more commonly found in a middle aisle seat on any of several oneworld carriers.

Nik Laming is an international, business leader specialising in loyalty programs, data monetization and analytics.  He is now focused on helping companies optimize and build loyalty programs into digital and data businesses. Formerly he was SVP Asia Pacific at AIMIA both managing the SEA regional business and working with clients across all disciplines in loyalty marketing and consulting. Most recently he designed and built the GetGo coalition lifestyle rewards program for Cebu Pacific Air, an LCC and the largest airline in Philippines. A next-generation, lifestyle rewards program targeting and monetizing a broad base of 5.5 million members and serving 250+ partners.
