Sue has over 30 years’ experience in the fitness industry as a group ex Instructor, PT and International Fitness presenter, developing programming and education in the UK and for American brands including TRX, TriggerPoint, BOSU, Stroop’s and Total Gym. She worked for Physical Company as Education Co-ordinator which led to her working on her own consultancy business developing programming for LA Fitness, with their launch of LA Primal Nationwide and latterly with Everyone Actives EA Series. Sue is a triathlete and runner spurred on by raising funds for Alzheimer and Dementia Research.

Lincoln Bryden

Course Director @ME PT Academy

Lincoln is 30 plus year fitness industry veteran. As an instructor, presenter and speaker, he has coached thousands of people across the world in a wide range of fitness and group exercises disciplines. He has presented in over 40 countries, and has created numerous fitness programs, including PRIMElab, which is a step-by-step coaching program which helps fitness professionals develop and transition their classes and sessions online using his tried and tested method. As well as delivering Personal Training courses for the last 10 years, he is now a Sports and Exercise Science Lecturer in College, as well as regularly training group exercise instructors and personal trainers on a variety of topics, all with the ultimate aim to make them better coaches and to provide a better service for their clients.
