Andy Rooks

Andy is the founding partner of Theory, a consulting firm that makes brands compelling, effective, and focused. Since founding Theory in 2018, he has advised 75+ companies on positioning, pricing, and go to market strategy. Andy is also an active advisor at startup accelerators in New York, and an adjunct at NYU where he teaches digital marketing and strategy. Prior to his work at Theory, Andy helped brands like Ben & Jerry's, MetLife, and Budweiser to organize their global integrated marketing practices. He also worked in-house at Citibank to develop product strategies and conduct consumer research. Andy earned his BA from Carleton College and MBA from NYU Stern School of Business.
