Small Projects, Big Impacts: a webinar panel discussion

According to the Arizona Department of Housing, Arizona needs about 270,000 housing units to meet the demand of local communities. Large development projects are happening throughout Arizona, and will certainly help create the needed units. But there is also big potential in small-scale, infill development. In this webinar, experts from around the state will discuss the impact that small-scale projects are having on affordable housing and neighborhood development.
