As a Textile Engineer Caroline has more than 20 years experience with car seats focused on trim materials in several roles. Major emphasis has been the adaption of leather, fabrics and vinyl for seat development. In this regard she has engaged especially in leather backings for lamination and sewn application. For almost 3 years she works for JH Ziegler as a product manager supporting the development of innovative product lines and compile distribution strategies.
